Many persons came in my life..but I'm obliged & grateful to Neetu mam as she s my yoga guru,without whome I would never be able to know what yoga really means & what my body can do ,parallaly my mind also.i will try to continue yoga till my last breath..Neetu mam s so much inspiring & motivating for the betterment of doing asans & pranayam also..thank u mam again & again...

I started online yoga with Neetu Madam for self-development and family planning, and it has been a wonderful experience. During my pregnancy planning phase, I joined Neetu Madam's classes and now, as a pregnant woman, I continue to benefit from her expertise. My pregnancy journey has been smooth and healthy—no vomiting, no bloating, no back pain nor a swelling. Neetu Madam's extensive knowledge and compassionate teaching style, combined with pranayama and meditation, have helped me manage anxiety and feel at peace. I highly recommend her yoga classes.

Doing Yoga has been my dream since last many years. I was looking for a best yoga trainer and I came to know about Nitu mam through one of the participants of this class, Sunita Maam, who suggested me dev yoga class. I am always thankful to god, sunita mam, nitu mam and my family who supports me. As after joining this class my health has improved which is like dream come true. Daily yoga makes me more energetic and healthy. Due to Yoga, my sugar levels are also in control. Nitu mam is an amazing yoga trainer who taught us yoga in different ways regularly and also focus on our all little activities so we can do yoga without any mistakes and get more benefits through it. Very well recommended.Yoga means addition, addition of energy, strength and beauty to body, mind n soul.
